The king's meat


     Timothy in his teachings encouraged us christians to continue in
the right way (JESUS) which we have been led to ( 2timothy 3:14 ). He
knows that youthful lust leads to great temptation, he therefore
advised that being contented with what you have also prevents lust (1tim 6:6, 2tim 2:3).
    Taking a look at the case of Gehazi, he had the opportunity to be
one of the greatest prophets in the bible, he could have had a double
portion of Elisha his master's anointing, but he lost it all due to
lust ( 2kings 5). His worldly pleasure caused himself and his
generation a great negative deal (leprosy), and the anointing meant
for him was taken to the grave ( 2kings 13:21)
     1corinthians 2:9, GOD has great things for those who love HIM, if
you don't give yourself to the pleasures of this world, you will enjoy
GOD. As christians ( ambassadors of JESUS CHRIST ) our home (final
destination) is HEAVEN, we are therefore in a strange land here on
earth and should stand for the truth just like the four hebrew
children who stood for the truth by not allowing themselves to be
defiled by the king's meat, in the end, GOD rewarded them greatly (Dan
1:8-17) And even when three of them were persecuted (Dan 3:16-25), GOD
was even with them in the fire, all because they stood for the truth.
JESUS is the way, the TRUTH and the life. Are you a good Ambassador of
CHRIST? Are you ashamed of HIM, remember, you belong to a SUPREME
BEING, do not conform to this world, rather b transformed by the
renewing of your mind. How great do you stand for the TRUTH?.

When something is unprecedented, it is extraordinary and stands out due to its novelty and lack of prior occurrence . It is often used in contexts where there is a significant departure from the norm or an event of exceptional magnitude. It has been scientifically proven with clear and resonating evidence; the story of the flood that covered the earth’s surface. With distinct details recorded in the Bible, we’re told that God spoke to a man named Noah. Haven found him righteous, HE required him to build an Ark informing him that rain would fall and cause the earth to be flooded. Far Too Long!

Time... what an indispensable commodity it is; given freely and equally to all and can't be altered. The same 24 hours is allocated daily to everyone whether high/low, rich/poor, strong/weak,.. whatever the status. Right from the process of fertilization, everyone partakes in the non-mandatory yet compulsory race of time. We all want to grow - engage in things which exhibit growth in various facets. However, some unexpected occurrence could arise and growth gets hindered. One gets the more irated when even after so much struggle/toil to achieve a specified growth, an extremely minute progress is experienced or an impotent result or worse still retrogression is experienced.
